Vacuum Insulating Glass


The principle of Vacuum Insulating Glass(VIG) is based on the vacuum flask, it is to airproof the edge of two pieces of flat glasses and keeps the layer between 0.1~0.2mm with tiny pillars. In order to optimize the functions, one of the two pieces is Low-e glass. Due to interior vacuum, the conduction and convection of gas almost does not exist.

Super heat insulation

The layer which is much thinner than IGU between two pieces of glasses is only 0.1~0.2mm. Because of the Low-e coating reflects more than 85% infrared ray back, the conduction, convection and radiation of VIG are basically blocked, excellent thermal insulation performance is reached. In winter, VIG can reduce heat loss and save heating expenses for our home. In summer, it reduces heat conduction from outdoor and workload of the air conditioner. 

Ultra sound insulation

According to vacuum layer, the sound can be blocked efficiently, sound insulation performance is much better than IGU. Espacially VIG can give us quiet and comfortable living  environment.

Passive energy consumption (VIG PV)

VIG PV is the combination of solar cell and VIG is new high-technology construction materials of  photovoltaic glass and architectural glass. It can save energy and overcome the overheated situation of solar cell at the same time. It also reduces the footprint and installation costs. Such combination constitutes a PV power plant which provides clean power resources to buildings.

VIG PV glass serie is the perfect combination of photovoltaic power gerneration and energy-saving, which brings  a qualitative leap for the photovoltaic building integration (BIPV), makes "zero energy" or even "negative energy" building.

Anti dew forming

Compared with IGU, vacuum layer of VIG without air-water vapor molecules, fully sealed, high thermal insulation, stop the condensation at lower temperature and will not appear IGU "crying window" problem.


Ultra light and thin

VIG provides perfect performance with its thin layer. It can be used in old thin frame to keep original appearance of old buildings and save material costs for new buildings.
